Navigate your feelings of shame and guilt
Did you grow up with the notion that if we feel shame or guilt, it means we did something wrong? Like we need to spend our whole lives doing things and making decisions that minimize feelings of shame or guilt because if not we aren't living in line with what is expected of us?
Most of us (me included) grew up not really knowing the real meaning of these emotions. In our sessions, we will explore what these feelings of shame and guilt are really trying to tell you, spend time reframing what it means when it shows up, and help you use these emotions as a way to live in line with your values!
